We are seeking to increase our real estate practice in the Upper Cumberland and surrounding communities to keep up with the demand and growth of the real estate market.
The Closing Processor works with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to balance transactions and prepare closing documents for attorneys.
Responsibilities Balance closing disclosures and settlement statements Communicate and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate agents Prepare closing documents Coordinate closings Assist with post closing procedures and account reconciliation Qualifications One (1) year of experience in title, escrow, loan processing, banking or the mortgage industry (Required) Proficiency with Softpro/Qualia Execellent cumstomer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
