Responsibilities:
Design and analyze mechanical systems using SolidWorks.
Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to validate design concepts.
Develop and implement testing procedures for mechanical components and systems.
Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
Provide technical support to the manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
Generate technical documentation including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
Continually update skills and knowledge in the latest industry trends and technologies.
What you need for this position:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
An advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis.
Proficient in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
Strong knowledge of machining and tooling processes.
Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
