We are seeking to increase our real estate practice in the Upper Cumberland and surrounding communities to keep up with the demand and growth of the real estate market.
The Title Processor works with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to review and resolve any title issues in preparation for real estate closings.
Responsibilities Review abstracting reports Complete title searches Resolve title issues Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients Assist with preparing files for loan processing Qualifications One (1) year of experience in abstracting, title, escrow, loan processing, banking or the mortgage industry (Required) Proficiency with Softpro/Qualia Execellent cumstomer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
